Advance to Snowpoint City after defeating Gym Leader Candice by using Fire Pokemon to take advantage of her Ice Pokemon's disadvantages. Walk left to find two Galactic grunts; talk to them to get them to move.
Walk through the remainder of Route 217 to encounter Galactic Admin Jupiter. Fly back to Veilstone City and head right from where you landed. Keep walking to find a building, the Galactic Warehouse. Talk to the guard at the door; pick up the Key Item Storage Key to open the door to the underground part of the Galactic Warehouse. Head left to reach the entrance to the storage area; use the Storage Key on the door and enter.
Take each segment and roll it into a ball in the palm of your hands Crystal Jewelry. Do not be concerned if the mica in the clay appears uneven or blotchy.
Add 1 teaspoon of pearlescent powder to a plastic zipper bag. Add one clay ball at a time to the bag. Seal the bag and gently shake it to coat the clay ball. Remove the ball and set aside. Repeat the process until all the balls are thoroughly coated.
Re-roll each ball gently in your fingers to work the powder into the clay.
Insert an embroidery pin through the center of each ball to create a hole. Wiggle the needle around to ensure the hole is large enough for thread to pass through it after it is baked.
Preheat your oven to 250 degrees Fahrenheit. Sprinkle a thin layer of cornstarch onto a cookie sheet. Place all of the clay balls onto the cookie sheet. Bake them for about 10 minutes. Remove them from the oven and allow them to cool completely.
